Mr Stephenson and our Robotics Team had a very successful trip to the Nissan North-East Regional event where they came 3rd following a 2nd place result at the Newcastle University Regional Qualifier, narrowly missing out on qualifying for the National Finals.
The event organisers gave our students a special shoutout for being a really well-organised team and for displaying outstanding sportsmanship. Team Easington have worked really hard over the last three months to create and code a robot from scratch and their hard work has paid off! You're all fantastic ambassadors for our school - well done.
