Young Carers

Who Are Young Carers?

Young Carer is a student who helps care for a family member with a disability, mental or physical illness, or addiction. This could involve helping with daily tasks, emotional support, or looking after siblings.

At Easington Academy, we recognise the incredible role Young Carers play, and we are committed to providing the support they need to thrive in school and beyond.
