Fiona studied her BScEd (Hons) in ICT at Durham University and later a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice at Northumbria University.
Fiona has experience in many aspects of leadership and has a passion for working with children from areas of high deprivation, ensuring they have the opportunity access a rich curriculum that is inspiring, inclusive, challenging and provides a range of experiences. This passion also extends to recognising opportunities for staff development through coaching and mentoring techniques, to ensure the best for the whole school community.
